2. Live “Currently working on this” indicator When your engineer clicks “Working on this” on your project, it lights up green in real time and logs the exact time against your monthly plan hours.

3. Add comments & feedback on any project Leave notes, edge-cases, or questions directly under any project card so everything stays in one place instead of buried in email threads.

4. Numbers only — never confidential content No client emails, documents, or recordings are ever stored in this portal. All sensitive data remains inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant.
