1. A 20-minute call
We ask how work moves through your business: what comes in, who touches it, and where it gets stuck or retyped.
2. A look at your systems
Which software you use, what can connect to what, and where your data lives. This is where twenty-plus years of running business IT helps.
3. Your report
A plain-English report of the three automations with the best return: what each would do, roughly what it would save, and the data-protection points to know.
4. You decide
No obligation. If you want to go ahead, we quote a one-off build or start you on Monthly AI Support.

Practical AI, not AI for its own sake
A lot of AI advice right now starts with the technology and looks for somewhere to use it. We start with the work.
- We recommend what pays for itself. If an automation won't save more than it costs, we'll say so.
- We'll tell you when you don't need us. If something you already own does the job, we'll point you to it.
- Your client data stays out of consumer chatbots. We build with Anthropic's Claude through its business service, under a data processing agreement, and in-house AI on our own hardware is coming soon.
- We think about data protection first. If a process involves personal or sensitive data, we flag it at the audit, not after the build.

Is the audit really free?
Yes. It's 20 minutes plus a short written report, and there's no obligation to go ahead with anything.
What happens after the audit?
If you want to go ahead, we quote a fixed price for a one-off build, or start you on Monthly AI Support at £459 + VAT a month with four hours included, on a 12-month minimum term. If you don't, you keep the report.
