Common automations, like Meeting Minutes AI, run as a monthly service at a fixed price, quoted after a short call about how many meetings you have.
Pricing questions
Should we choose a plan or a one-off project?
If you have one clear job to automate, a one-off project is simplest. If you expect to keep finding things to automate, a plan costs less per hour and keeps someone on hand to look after what's built. The free audit will make it obvious.
What happens to hours we don't use?
They roll over to the next month, so a quiet month isn't wasted.
Is there a minimum term?
Monthly plans have a 12-month minimum term. One-off projects have no commitment at all.
Can we move up to Growth later?
Yes. You can move from Essentials to Growth at any time, and the extra hours start from your next month.
Do prices include VAT?
No. All prices are shown without VAT.
