We test on a batch of your real documents before anything goes live and show you the results. Anything the automation isn't confident about goes to a person, so errors get caught rather than entered.
Can it read scanned or handwritten documents?
Clear scans, yes. Handwriting depends on how legible it is, so we test with your own samples and tell you honestly what it can and can't do.
Which systems can it enter data into?

Where do our documents go?
We tell you exactly before anything is built. We use Anthropic's Claude through its business service, which doesn't train on your data, and in-house AI on our own hardware in Cardiff is coming soon for documents that shouldn't leave the building.
