About AlphaOps
AlphaOps is the AI-automation arm of Alphabyte IT, run by Ross Owen from our office in Cardiff. Same people and the same approach to data security, applied to taking repetitive work off your team.
Ross Owen
Ross has worked in IT since 2000, most of that time looking after law firms, accountants and other professional practices: firms where client confidentiality isn't optional.
In 2009 he set up Alphabyte IT, the Cardiff managed IT company that runs Microsoft 365, security and support for professional firms across South Wales. Alphabyte IT is a Microsoft Partner, certified to Cyber Essentials, and rated five stars on Google.
AlphaOps applies that same approach to AI. Automating a firm's admin means handling its client data, so it should be built by people who think like an IT security provider, not like a chatbot salesman.

AlphaOps is a trading name of Alphabyte Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 07014261. Our office and registered address is 9/10 Connies House, Rhymney River Bridge Road, Cardiff, CF23 9AF.
Your contract is with Alphabyte Limited, so the insurance, data protection registration and contract terms that already protect Alphabyte IT's clients apply to AlphaOps work too.
