An AI dashboard that shows your automations working

An AI dashboard shows, on one screen, which of your automations are running, how much time they’re estimated to save and how your plan hours are being used. Every Monthly AI Support client gets one. We also build bespoke AI reporting dashboards that pull figures from your own systems into one view, with plain-English summaries.

What you see when you sign in

Every Monthly AI Support client gets an AI dashboard. Managers sign in with their Microsoft 365 account and see:

  • Which automations are running, and any that need attention
  • Estimated time saved
  • Plan hours used, remaining and rolled over
  • New AI tools we recommend, and any waiting for your OK
  • How far new starters have got with their onboarding
  • The questions staff ask the knowledge assistant most

Why it matters

A monthly plan you can see working

See the plan working

A monthly fee is easier to judge when you can see what it’s doing. The dashboard shows what ran, how often, and where your hours went.

Spot an automation that has stopped

Suppliers change layouts and systems update. If an automation stops or needs attention, it shows on the dashboard instead of failing quietly in the background.

See where the savings come from

Estimated time saved by each automation, so you know which ones earn their keep and which to improve or switch off.

Decide on new tools

When we recommend a new AI tool or feature, it waits on the dashboard for your OK, with any licence cost agreed first. Nothing is switched on without you.

Onboarding at a glance

How far each new starter has got through their welcome pack, videos and policy sign-offs, and what’s still outstanding.

Gaps in your knowledge

The questions staff ask the knowledge assistant most, and the ones it couldn’t answer, so you know which documents to write or update next.

Numbers, never content

It counts the work. It doesn’t show it.

The dashboard shows numbers, never content. You’ll see “312 emails handled”, not the emails, and “14 sets of minutes written”, not the minutes. The emails, minutes and documents themselves never appear on it.

Managers sign in with their Microsoft 365 account, so there’s no separate password to remember, and when someone leaves and their account is closed, their access goes with it.

That matters for law firms, accountants and anyone else with confidential client work: a manager can see the dashboard without seeing anything a client told you.

Estimated time saved

An honest estimate, not a sales figure

Time saved is an estimate. At set-up we agree with you roughly how long each job used to take by hand, and the dashboard multiplies that by how often the automation ran.

It won’t be exact, and we don’t pretend otherwise. It’s there to show which automations are pulling their weight, so the next hours on your plan go where they’ll do the most good. Our AI savings calculator uses the same kind of sums.

Bespoke AI reporting dashboards

Your own figures, in one view, in plain English

Most businesses have the numbers. They’re just spread across several systems and a spreadsheet.

A bespoke AI reporting dashboard pulls figures from the systems you already use, such as your accounts package, CRM, job list or timesheets, into one view. Alongside the figures, AI writes a short plain-English summary of what changed and what might need a look.

We’ve built this before for a regulated business, alongside automating its meeting minutes: a reporting dashboard built around how the team already works, and designed from day one around its data-handling rules.

It isn’t the same as the plan dashboard. That one reports on your automations; this one reports on your business.

Example: a Monday management view
  1. 1
Figures collectedFrom accounts, CRM, job list and timesheets
  2. 2
Checked and combinedMissing or odd figures flagged, not hidden
  3. 3
Summarised in plain EnglishWhat changed this week, and why it might matter
  4. 4
Ready on Monday morningOne view for the directors, with the figures behind every line
When it isn’t worth it

Sometimes the report you need already exists

  • One system, one report. If all the figures you want live in one system, its built-in reports may already do the job.
  • Messy data. A dashboard built on figures nobody trusts just shows the problem more clearly. Sometimes the first job is tidying the data.
  • Nobody will look at it. If a monthly email with three numbers would do, we’ll suggest that instead.

Deciding what to do about the figures stays with you. AI summaries can misread a number, so each summary sits next to the figures it came from, and anything important deserves a second look.

How it’s priced

Plan dashboard included, bespoke dashboards quoted

The AI dashboard comes with every Monthly AI Support plan: Essentials at £459 + VAT a month with four hours, or Growth at £859 + VAT a month with eight hours and a quarterly review, on a 12-month minimum term.

Bespoke reporting dashboards are built to order, using your plan hours or as a single project with a fixed quote based on £145 + VAT an hour, with no minimum term. The free automation audit is a good place to work out which figures matter.

For the AI part, we use Anthropic’s Claude through its business service, which doesn’t train on customer data and is covered by a data processing agreement. In-house AI on our own hardware in Cardiff is coming soon.

Questions

AI dashboard questions

What does the AI dashboard show?

Which automations are running, the estimated time they’ve saved, your plan hours used, remaining and rolled over, new AI tools we’ve recommended or that are waiting for your OK, staff onboarding completion, and the questions staff ask the knowledge assistant most.

Can the dashboard see our emails and documents?

No. It shows numbers, never content: “312 emails handled”, not the emails. The emails, minutes and documents themselves never appear on it.

Who can sign in to the dashboard?

The managers you choose, using their Microsoft 365 accounts. There’s no separate password, and access ends when their account is closed.

How is the time saved worked out?

It’s an estimate. We agree with you how long each job used to take by hand, then count how often the automation did it. It’s a guide to which automations are earning their keep, not an audited figure.

Can we have the dashboard without Monthly AI Support?

The plan dashboard comes with Monthly AI Support, because it reports on the automations and hours in your plan. A bespoke reporting dashboard on your own figures can be built as a single project, with no plan needed.

Can you build a dashboard from our own systems?

Usually, if your systems can pass information to other systems, which most business software can. We check yours at the free audit and tell you plainly if something can’t be connected. Pulling figures together is a kind of workflow automation, so the same approach applies.
