No. In most businesses only certain roles get a strong return from a full Microsoft 365 Copilot seat, while the rest of the team benefits far more from targeted Power Automate and AI workflows that run in the background. We assess this during your free audit.
Can Copilot expose confidential HR or financial files to staff?
If your SharePoint or OneDrive permissions allow "Everyone in the organisation" to view a folder—even if nobody knew the link existed—Copilot will find and quote those files. That is why we always check SharePoint permissions before rolling Copilot out.
What is the difference between Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate?
