We build with Anthropic’s Claude for business and Google Cloud Vertex AI (UK London region) under strict data processing agreements. Client data is never used to train models.
2. Inside your Microsoft 365 tenant
For firms already using SharePoint, Outlook and Teams, we configure Microsoft 365 Copilot and Power Automate so data stays inside your existing compliance boundary.
3. In-house AI hardware in Cardiff
For highly sensitive legal, financial or medical workloads where data should not leave Wales at all, we are deploying dedicated local LLM hardware at our Cardiff office.

Yes. Because automations run inside Microsoft 365 and your cloud software, we work with businesses right across Wales — from Cardiff, Newport and Swansea up to Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Powys, Gwynedd and Wrexham — over Microsoft Teams, with planned on-site visits whenever being in the room helps.

Where is our data processed?
