Is my data secure?
Yes. We build with Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini strictly through their commercial business services, which don’t use your data to train public models and are covered by data processing agreements — never free consumer AI tools. We show you exactly where your data goes before anything is built. For work where data shouldn't leave the building at all, we also run local AI on our own hardware in Cardiff with zero external API calls.
Which AI tools do you build with?
We mainly build with Microsoft Copilot & Power Automate (for workflows inside Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word and Excel), Anthropic Claude (for complex document reading, analysis and British-English drafting), and Google Gemini (for high-speed multimodal PDF/data extraction and Google Workspace workflows). We pick whichever tool fits your systems and the job best.
Do we need any technical knowledge?
None. We handle the build, testing and maintenance. Your team just carries on as normal — the automation runs in the background.
How long does it take to get started?
After a short intro call, the free audit takes up to two hours. Most first automations are built and proven on your real data within a couple of weeks.
What does it cost?
The audit is free. Monthly AI Support starts at £459 + VAT a month for four hours (Essentials) or £859 for eight hours (Growth), on a 12-month minimum term with unused hours rolling over. Extra hours are £145 + VAT. See pricing. One-off builds are quoted per project once we've scoped the work. Either way, you'll know the price before anything starts.
Do you work outside Cardiff?
Yes. Most of the work is done remotely, so we work with businesses across Wales, Bristol, Bath and the rest of the UK. If a job needs us on site, we'll come to you and just charge travel expenses.
What can actually be automated?
